Mobilni operater zadržava deo zarade od svake transakcije na ime obrade naplate, sakupljanja novca i pokrivanja kreditnog rizika. Opereri potom isplaćuju preostali novac (obično između 40% i 60% u zavisnosti od cene za krajnjeg korisnika) Fortumu. Fortumo Vam zatim isplaćuje zarađeni novac, i zadržava malu proviziju (koja može iznositi svega 2-3% od cene za krajnjeg korisnika, u zavisnosti od zemlje, tipa usluge i obima). Gornja tabela prikazuje zaradu posle operaterovog dela i Fortumove provizije.

The service must be in compliance with Fortumo Terms of Service, Polish legal acts and good morals.
The end user price must be clearly stated in the advertisements and instructions of use.
Adult content (incl. erotics) is allowed only on special shortcodes (after answering "yes" to the question about erotics during service creation)
Charity, donations and lotteries are strictly forbidden.
Gambling services must have clear 18+ indication
Each SMS-service created in Poland must include a terms of service document with following mandatory points:
- information about the service provider,
- shortcode number and service price,
- information that if a user sends SMS with wrong content, the error message will be delivered.
Every owner of a service is obliged to present the ownership and pricing information as shown in the SMS services code of conduct. (English version provided here)
